Create a new Deployment Profile template

Creates a new Deployment Profile (port profile) template in the Orchestrator. A Deployment Profile defines interface configuration, routing, and system settings that can be applied to appliances. The profile name must be unique across all profiles.

JSON object containing the Deployment Profile configuration. The 'id' field should be empty or omitted for new profiles - a UUID will be auto-generated.
