Process SAML 2.0 Single Logout (SLO) request from Identity Provider

Handles IdP-initiated SAML 2.0 Single Logout requests. The Identity Provider sends a SAMLRequest containing a LogoutRequest to terminate the user's session on Orchestrator. The endpoint decodes the request, validates the signature and issuer against configured SAML settings, processes the logout, and sends a LogoutResponse back to the IdP. Requires pre-configured SAML settings with SLO endpoint in Orchestrator.
