Retrieve application definition configuration data

Retrieves application definition configuration data for the specified base classification type and optional resource key. Returns user-defined or system application definitions used for traffic classification. Records with ID > 50000 are user-modified portal records.

The classification type base path to query. Must not be empty. A forward slash is prepended automatically if not provided.

The specific resource key to filter results. If empty or not provided, defaults to null (retrieves all matching base entries).
