Retrieve JWT authentication configurations

Retrieves JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication configurations for SSO integration. Returns all configurations when no ID is specified, or a specific configuration when ID is provided. Sensitive data (certificates and client secrets) are masked in the response for security.

200Successfully retrieved JWT configuration(s). Returns a map with configuration ID as key and JwtConfig object as value. Sensitive fields (cert, clientSecret) are returned as empty strings for security.

401Unauthorized - User lacks READ or READ_WRITE permissions.

404JWT configuration not found for the specified ID.
