Retrieve SSE connector loopback interface configuration

Gets the SSE (HPE Axis Security) connector loopback interface details for a specific appliance. The interface (veth) is used for routing traffic through the SSE connector to cloud security services. Data can be fetched from Orchestrator cache for performance or directly from the appliance for real-time accuracy.
