Imports address groups in bulk from a CSV file. The CSV must have 5 columns: groupName, includedIPs, excludedIPs, includedGroups, and comment. The first row is treated as a header and skipped. Multiple rows with the same group name are merged into a single address group with multiple rules. Existing groups with matching names are updated.
