Get Multicast Route State

http://127.0.0.1:8080/multicast/state/routes

Retrieves multicast routing table state information for a specific appliance. Returns active multicast routes including source IPs, group addresses, incoming and outgoing interfaces. Always fetches fresh data directly from the appliance (no caching).
