Retrieve CPU timeseries statistics for an appliance

Retrieves historical CPU usage statistics for a specific CPU core on an appliance. Data is returned as a time-ordered array (ascending) containing CPU utilization metrics. Before using this endpoint, you must first fetch the data from the appliance using /appliance/cpustat/historical/fetch.
