Retrieve active flow counts by appliance IDs

http://127.0.0.1:8080/stats/aggregate/flow/active

Returns active flow count statistics for specified appliances, grouped by flow type. Data is retrieved from the last hour of minute-granularity flow statistics with traffic type 4 (passthrough-unshaped).
