Retrieve aggregated application performance statistics for specified appliances.

Retrieves aggregated application performance statistics for the specified appliances within a time range. Returns metrics including client/server network delays, total network delay, application delay, and response time. All delay values are returned in milliseconds. Requires READ or READ_WRITE role permissions.
