Delete user-defined port/protocol application classification

Deletes a user-defined application classification based on port and protocol. For TCP applications use protocol=6, for UDP use protocol=17, for IP Protocol applications use port=0. Applications that are part of an application group cannot be deleted. This operation also updates the merged data and hash code.
