Fetches subnet configuration and statistics from a discovered appliance that has not yet been fully onboarded. The endpoint queries the appliance directly using its portal credentials, retrieves the appliance version via /systemInfo, and returns subnet data using the appropriate API version (/subnets/all for older appliances or /subnets3/all for 8.1.9.1+).
