Checks the connectivity status between the Orchestrator and Zscaler cloud service. The endpoint validates connectivity by making a test API call to Zscaler. If successful, any existing connectivity failure alarms are cleared. If the connection fails and a Zscaler subscription exists, a FAILED_TO_CONNECT_TO_ZSCALER alarm is raised.
