Initiates an asynchronous operation to retrieve CPU usage history data from the specified appliance and load it into the Orchestrator database. This operation clears existing CPU stats data for the appliance before loading new data. Only one fetch operation can run at a time globally. Use /appliance/cpustat/historical/isfetchinprogress to check status and /appliance/cpustat/historical/cancelfetch to cancel.
