Update Cloud Portal registration configuration

Updates the HPE Aruba Networking EdgeConnect Cloud Portal registration settings. Secondary accounts are automatically retained from existing configuration. Triggers the Orchestrator usage job in container environments and resets encryption keys for trust handshake.

Portal configuration data for POST requests. Secondary accounts are retained automatically from existing configuration and do not need to be included in the request body.
