Delete Zscaler ZEN override configuration

Removes user-configured Zscaler ZEN (Zscaler Enforcement Node) override IP addresses for a specific appliance and WAN interface label combination. This operation clears the custom remote endpoint exception, allowing the system to use automatically discovered Zscaler endpoints. Requires READ_WRITE permission.
