Get appliance process state time-series statistics

Retrieves time-series process state data for a specific appliance within the given time range. Returns memory usage metrics (VmPeak, VmRSS, VmSize) for various system daemon processes. Results are ordered by timestamp in descending order (most recent first). Use this endpoint to monitor process memory trends and diagnose memory-related issues.
