Retrieves port and protocol classification data for application visibility and control (AVC). This data maps IP protocols, TCP ports, and UDP ports to application definitions. If no data exists in the local database, it triggers a background job (PORT_PROTOCOL_CLASSIFICATION) to fetch data from the cloud portal. If a previous fetch job failed (indicated by an alarm), the job is automatically re-triggered.
