Get user-defined application rules from appliance

Retrieves detailed configuration of user-defined (custom) applications from a specific appliance. Returns traffic classification rules including IP ranges, ports, protocols, DSCP values, and VLAN tags. Data is retrieved from cache by default or directly from the appliance when cached=false.

200Successfully retrieved user-defined application configuration from the appliance. Returns a map of application rules keyed by priority ID.

400Bad Request - The nePk parameter is missing or empty.

401Unauthorized - Authentication token is missing or invalid. Obtain a valid token from the login endpoint.

403Forbidden - User lacks READ or READ_WRITE permission for this resource.

404Not Found - Appliance not found in cache. Occurs when cached=true and appliance data is not available.

500Internal Server Error - Failed to retrieve data directly from appliance. Occurs when cached=false and appliance communication fails.
