Removes an HA group by ID and unpairs the two appliances. This operation removes HA interfaces from both appliances and updates their deployment configurations. After deletion, the appliances become available for new HA pairings. If the specified group ID does not exist, the operation succeeds silently. Requires READ or READ_WRITE role.
