Get AVC Mode Status

http://127.0.0.1:8080/avcMode

Returns the Application Visibility and Control (AVC) mode status. When called without parameters, returns aggregate AVC status across all appliances. When called with nePk, returns AVC status for a specific appliance.

Network Element Primary Key - unique appliance identifier assigned by Orchestrator. Format: '.NE' (e.g., '0.NE', '10.NE'). When omitted, results are returned for all appliances.
