Deletes the AWS Transit Gateway Network Manager subscription and performs cleanup operations. Standard deletion removes the subscription, logs out from AWS SDK, and cancels scheduled polling jobs. Force deletion (using deletionType=forceDeleteSubscription) additionally removes all segment firewall associations, appliance associations, TGW and CNE configurations, AWS GMS configs, and VTI subnets. Clears any existing AWS connection failure alarms.
