Permanently removes the Zscaler subscription and all associated configurations from the orchestrator. This operation deletes Zscaler portal configurations, location settings, appliance associations, scheduled jobs, and clears related alarms. Prerequisites: Deselect Zscaler Policies in Business Intent Overlay first and wait until all Zscaler config has been deleted from appliances before calling this endpoint.
