Retrieves Azure LAN-side subscription configuration

Returns the configured Azure LAN-side subscription account details used for SD-WAN LAN-side connectivity automation. The subscription enables integration with Azure Virtual Hubs, Route Servers, and Load Balancers. Note: The clientSecret is always masked (null) in the response for security.

404No Azure LAN-side subscription has been configured. Configure a subscription using the POST method before attempting to retrieve it.
