Approve and add a discovered appliance to Orchestrator.

Approves a discovered appliance and adds it to Orchestrator. This operation validates the appliance UUID for duplicates, registers it with Cloud Portal, pushes portal credentials to the appliance, and adds the appliance to Orchestrator management. The approval triggers email notifications and audit logging.

Primary key ID of the discovered appliance to approve. Use /appliance/discovered API to retrieve available IDs.
