Retrieves the current IPSec UDP key material configuration including seed lifetime duration, persist seed setting, max activation wait time, and the rotation schedule. This endpoint is used to manage IKE-less IPSec key rotation settings for secure tunnel communications. Requires READ or READ_WRITE permission.
