Updates AWS Transit Gateway Network Manager IPsec/IKE tunnel settings per interface label. Validates: IKE version (must be 2 for AWS compatibility), IKE lifetime (0-480 mins, where 0 uses AWS default of 28800 seconds), IPsec lifetime (15-60 mins). Also validates IPsec Suite B algorithm combinations when using gcm128/gcm256/gmac128/gmac256 modes. Invalid ipSecSuiteB defaults to 'none', invalid ikePrf defaults to 'auto'. Settings are persisted and trigger orchestration to update all associated appliances.
