Get DNS-based application classification definitions

Retrieves DNS-based application classification definitions from the Orchestrator database. These mappings define how domain names are classified into applications for traffic analysis. If no data exists or a previous job had errors, the DNS classification job is triggered automatically to fetch data from the cloud portal.
