Set next available zone ID

Manually sets the next ID for firewall zone allocation. If null is provided, defaults to 1. The change is logged to the system action log for audit purposes.

Next ID configuration object. If null, defaults to nextId=1.

Next available zone ID for firewall zone allocation. The ID is dynamically calculated to avoid conflicts with existing zones across all VRF segments. If the ID exceeds the upper bound, it wraps around to 1.
