Restore appliance configuration from a backup

Initiates an asynchronous restore of appliance configuration from a previously created backup. The backup file ID can be obtained using GET /appliance/backup?nePk=<appliance_id>. The operation uploads the backup to the appliance, triggers restore, and reboots the appliance. Requires appliance software version 7.2.0.0 or higher (6.2.8.0 for 6.2.x branch, 7.1.1.0 for 7.1.x branch). Poll GET /appliance/restore/status?nePk=
