Bulk restore multiple appliances from backups

Initiates asynchronous restore operations for multiple appliances from their respective backups. Each appliance in the request array is restored from the specified backup file. For HA (High Availability) pairs, restores are coordinated sequentially with a 5-minute delay between peers. Poll GET /appliance/restore/status?nePk=
