Get ADDoS baseline total flow utilization for a specific appliance and timestamp.

Retrieves the total flow utilization from ADDoS baseline statistics for a specified appliance. Returns the sum of baseline values where classification=1, metric=0, and protocol=0 from the hourlyaddosbaseline table.
