Test appliance connectivity to Portal and Orchestrator

Initiates an asynchronous connectivity test for all appliances to verify they can connect to Portal and Orchestrator. When custom=true, tests using custom CA certificates; when custom=false, tests using the default trust store. Returns a clientKey poll handle to track the async operation status.

Body Params

Optional list of custom CA certificates to test. If custom=true and no certs provided, uses certificates stored in database. If custom=false, this body is ignored.
