Add or update HPE SSE POP override configuration

Creates or updates custom Point of Presence (POP) override settings for a specific appliance and WAN interface label. Allows specifying primary and secondary service edge IP addresses or FQDNs.

Netskope service edge override configuration specifying custom primary and secondary service edge addresses for tunnel termination.
