Delete user-defined SaaS cloud application definition

Deletes a user-defined SaaS (Software as a Service) cloud application definition. Only user-defined applications (ID >= 25000) can be deleted. Silver Peak predefined SaaS applications cannot be removed. After deletion, the merged data and hashcode are automatically updated for synchronization with appliances.
