Creates or updates HPE SSE (Security Service Edge) sub-location configurations. This endpoint replaces all existing configurations with the provided list. Each configuration maps appliances to sub-locations for traffic steering. Invalid references to appliances, groups, regions, zones, labels, or address groups are automatically removed. Requires READ_WRITE permission.
