Retrieves the list of external subnet addresses (IP ranges) allowed to access this Orchestrator server. These subnets control which external IP addresses can make API requests. Supports both IPv4 (e.g., 192.168.1.0/24) and IPv6 (e.g., 2001:db8::/32) CIDR notation.
