Get application groups from appliance

Retrieves user-defined application groups (userAppGroups) configuration from a specific appliance. Groups organize related applications for QoS policy management (e.g., citrix, replication, real-time, interactive, encrypted). Data is retrieved from cache by default (faster) or directly from the appliance when cached=false (real-time but slower). Cache is automatically updated when direct fetch is used.
