Get VXLAN Configuration

Retrieves the VXLAN (Virtual Extensible LAN) tunnel endpoint configuration for a specific appliance. Returns VTEP source interface and destination UDP port settings used for VXLAN encapsulation.

Network Element Primary Key - unique appliance identifier assigned by Orchestrator. Format: '.NE' (e.g., '0.NE', '10.NE').
