Set Azure VWAN orchestration pause state

Updates the pause state for Azure Virtual WAN orchestration. When set to true, automatic orchestration of Azure VPN sites, tunnels, and BGP configurations is suspended. When set to false (resumed), a full sync is triggered for all affected appliances. The action is logged in the system audit log.

The pause state configuration to apply. The paused field is required and must be a boolean value.

Set to true to pause orchestration (stops automatic configuration). Set to false to resume orchestration (triggers a full sync for all affected appliances).

Unauthorized - Authentication credentials are missing or invalid
