Destroy Azure NVA EdgeConnect deployment

Terminates and removes EdgeConnect NVA appliances deployed in an Azure Virtual WAN hub. The operation queues the destruction request and returns immediately. Destruction cannot proceed if deployment status is DEPLOYING (2) or DESTROYING (5).
