Create or update route labels

http://127.0.0.1:8080/routeLabels

Saves route labels to GMS configuration and triggers orchestration to apply changes to all appliances. The mandatory 'Internet' label (id=1, name='Internet', version=1) must always be included.

Map of route labels keyed by label ID (string). Each key must match the corresponding label's id field.

Map of route labels keyed by label ID (as string). Must always contain the 'Internet' label with key '1'.

Unauthorized - Authentication required or insufficient permissions (READ_WRITE required)

Internal server error - Failed to persist route labels to database
