Commits a previous account key rotation by deleting the old key from the Portal. This is the final step in the key rotation workflow after all managed appliances have been updated with the new key. The operation removes the old key from both the Portal and the local Orchestrator configuration, and updates the key change status timestamp. This endpoint is not available when Air-gap mode is enabled.
