Get SaaS application subnet monitoring data including RTT and reachability status

Retrieves real-time monitoring data for SaaS application subnets on a specified appliance. Returns RTT (Round Trip Time) measurements, reachability status, and advertisement state for each configured cloud application subnet. Use this endpoint to monitor SaaS optimization performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
