Get OSPF areas configuration

Retrieves the OSPF areas configuration for a specified appliance. Returns area settings including area type, redistribution, summary LSA control, and NSSA translator role. Data can be fetched from Orchestrator cache or directly from the appliance.

Network Element Primary Key - unique appliance identifier assigned by Orchestrator. Format: '.NE' (e.g., '0.NE', '10.NE').

Data source selector. When true, retrieves cached configuration from Orchestrator database. When false or omitted, fetches live data directly from the appliance.
