Cancels all actions associated with the specified GUID key. Actions are flagged for cancellation and will complete with completionStatus=false and result='Action cancelled'. Only applies to actions queued via queueApplianceActionsAndGetPollHandle or queueSystemActionsAndGetPollHandle methods. Requires READ_WRITE permission.
