Retrieves the hash code (version identifier) for compound application classification data from the Cloud Portal. This hash is used to detect changes in compound classification definitions. If no data exists or a previous sync job failed, this endpoint automatically triggers the COMPOUND_CLASSIFICATION background job to fetch updated data from the portal.
