Validate cipher profile against GMS certificate

http://127.0.0.1:8080/security/cipherProfile/validate/gms

Validates the provided cipher profile settings against the current GMS HTTPS certificate. Checks if the certificate's key type, size, and algorithms are compatible with the profile's certificate settings. Returns success if compatible, or failure with details if validation fails.
