Retrieves compound application classification definitions from the local cache, which is synchronized with Cloud Portal. These definitions are used for advanced traffic classification based on multiple criteria (IP, port, DNS, geo-location, protocol, etc.). If no data exists locally, a background job is triggered to fetch data from Cloud Portal and an empty object is returned. If a previous sync job failed, it will be re-triggered automatically.
