Delete neighbor entries from an appliance

Deletes one or all neighbor (ARP/NDP) entries from an EdgeConnect appliance. Set deleteAll=true to clear the entire table, or provide name and ipAddress to remove a specific entry.

When true, deletes all neighbor entries on the appliance. When false, deletes only the entry matching the provided name and ipAddress.

Interface name of the neighbor entry to delete. Required when deleteAll is false.

IP address of the neighbor entry to delete. Required when deleteAll is false.
